Your Uphold Wallet holds cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies and commodities in dedicated 'vaults'. To access your wallet, go to Uphold.com Login and authenticate using email/password and two-factor authentication (2FA) if enabled.
The Uphold Exchange lets you convert between cryptocurrencies, fiat and commodities. Trades execute quickly; for large orders review market depth and fees before confirming. Learn more about supported pairs and limits in the Uphold Help Center.
If you cannot sign in, first confirm you're using the correct email and password at Uphold.com Login. Clear browser cache, try an alternate browser, or use the Uphold App. If you still can't log in, proceed to account recovery.
To recover access, use the 'Forgot password' flow on the login page. If password reset emails don't arrive, check spam folders and ensure your email provider isn't blocking messages from Uphold. For identity verification issues, the Help Center has step-by-step guidance at help.uphold.com.
If you lost access to your 2FA device, follow the 2FA reset instructions in the Help Center. Be prepared to provide identity verification documents. This process may take time due to security checks; follow official instructions only — avoid sharing sensitive info in public forums.
Connection errors or declined transactions can result from insufficient funds, network congestion, or incorrect recipient addresses. Double-check details and consult transaction logs in your Uphold Wallet. For persistent errors, contact support through the Uphold Help Center.
If the mobile app crashes or verification fails, update to the latest app version, restart your device, and ensure a stable internet connection. Re-attempt verification with clear, high-resolution ID photos and accurate personal details.
